Drake sparks outrage after calling baby's mother Sophie Brussaux a 'chance' (2023)

He has a two-year-old son named Adonis with former porn star Sophie Brussaux.

EErpel, 33, sparked outrage with lyrics to his new song "When To Say When," in which he referred to his baby's mother as "Chance."

In the song, which was released Saturday, Drake says the line "Baby mama fluke, but I love her for who she is."

Many fans took to Twitter to criticize the rapper for the seemingly condescending lyrics, with one saying: "Drake is rude as hell. You've slept with one (of many) women without a condom, she got pregnant, had the baby, kept it a secret from you, accepted the embarrassment when Pusha revealed it, never said anything bad about you... and is she a lucky break? ! He must be beaten!

Someone remarked on how venomous his statement sounded: "Drake actually called his baby mama happy and then said he loved her just the way she is. The poison meter goes out.

The rappers escalated their feud by taking them to Twitter and sending Drake Pusha an actual $100,000 bill for "advertising assistance and career recovery."

Pusha then released his song "The Story of Adidon," in which he heaped insults on Drake before retracting claims of an illegitimate child with the former porn actress and also claiming he had a child he didn't want to acknowledge.

He sings, "You're hiding a kid, let that boy come home," adding that Drake is playing "Border Patrol."

In the song, he says, "Since you mentioned my fiancee / let her know who you picked as your Beyoncé / Sophie knows best, ask your baby mama / cleaned her up for IG but the stink is in her." .

"A baby's involved it's deeper than rap / We talk character let me get the facts straight / You hide a kid let the kid come home / Deadbeat m******** f****** r jokes Border Patrol.

"Adonis is your son / And he deserves more than an Adidas report, this is real / Love this baby respect this girl / Forget she's a porn star let her be your world."

The label executive has also released artwork for his new single, which appears to show the Canadian hitmaker with a black face and a Jim Crow t-shirt.

Pusha posted the image to Twitter and said, "Please stop calling this image an 'art work'... I'm not an internet baby, I don't edit images... this is a REAL image." ... its truths, persuasive yourself.'

Drake responded by taking to Instagram shortly after to issue a lengthy statement, in which he hit back at the resurfaced photo and insisted the footage, captured during his acting days, should highlight the struggle of the African American stars.
